Building a Brand From the Inside Out
I joined GrovTec Machining in 2021 as an in-house content creator tasked with bringing creativity into a traditional contract machining environment. Over close to five years, I transformed an otherwise lifeless machine shop into a recognizable modern manufacturer by producing original video, photo, and social content that showcased our people, capabilities, and culture. This role shaped me into a high-volume, full-stack content machine, responsible for everything from social strategy and video production to design, branding, and storytelling.

  • Produced hundreds of original videos and photo assets documenting CNC machining operations, company culture, and product capabilities across multiple digital platforms

  • Established a consistent visual identity across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, helping modernize GrovTec’s brand presence within the manufacturing industry

  • Revitalized GrovTec’s YouTube channel from minimal activity into an active educational and brand storytelling platform, with multiple videos reaching 3K to 12K+ organic views

  • Concepted, filmed, and edited YouTube advertising campaigns, including pre-roll video ads generating 94K and 68K verified views

  • Shot and edited GrovTec’s largest shop tour feature in collaboration with Practical Machinist
