Building a Brand From the Inside Out
I joined GrovTec Machining in 2021 as an in-house content creator tasked with bringing creativity into a traditional contract machining environment. Over close to five years, I transformed an otherwise lifeless machine shop into a recognizable modern manufacturer by producing original video, photo, and social content that showcased our people, capabilities, and culture. This role shaped me into a high-volume, full-stack content machine, responsible for everything from social strategy and video production to design, branding, and storytelling.

  • Created hundreds of original videos and photos showcasing CNC and screw machining operations

  • Built a clear and consistent visual identity for GrovTec across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube through high-quality content and regular posting

  • Grew the YouTube channel from almost zero activity into a steady performer with multiple videos reaching between 3k and 12k views

  • Produced two YouTube pre-roll ads that earned 94k views and 68k views

  • Shot and edited GrovTec’s largest shop tour feature in collaboration with Practical Machinist
