Building a Brand From the Inside Out
I joined GrovTec Machining in 2021 as an in-house content creator tasked with bringing creativity into a traditional contract machining environment. Over close to five years, I transformed an otherwise lifeless machine shop into a recognizable modern manufacturer by producing original video, photo, and social content that showcased our people, capabilities, and culture. This role shaped me into a high-volume, full-stack content machine, responsible for everything from social strategy and video production to design, branding, and storytelling.

Produced hundreds of original videos and photo assets documenting CNC machining operations, company culture, and product capabilities across multiple digital platforms
Established a consistent visual identity across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, helping modernize GrovTec’s brand presence within the manufacturing industry
Revitalized GrovTec’s YouTube channel from minimal activity into an active educational and brand storytelling platform, with multiple videos reaching 3K to 12K+ organic views
Concepted, filmed, and edited YouTube advertising campaigns, including pre-roll video ads generating 94K and 68K verified views
